Boris Deniau, Founder and Principal has 20+ years of renovation experience. With a BS in construction management, he started his career with Bouygues Construction, the largest construction company in France.
He spent 10 years renovating some of the most prestigious Parisian landmark buildings. Working for the most renowned French construction company on high profile projects and with some of the finest French craftsmen, Boris is detail oriented, keeping a positive attitude concerning any challenge in the pursuit of perfection.
He moved to New York in 2008 and joined AJ Greenwich Management as a Project Manager for 10 years, working on renovating private residences in the most desirable streets of New York City.
Boris quickly made a name for himself as a talented project manager while always being honest, ethical and responsible with his clients. Those successful years brought him to widen his network of clients, architects and partners.
Vanja Konstantinovic - Design- Build Lead
Vanja Konstantinovic brings an architectural perspective and an artistic eye to her work at Boris Prime Renovation. As she develops the company’s in-house design portfolio, she is drawn to thoughtful spaces that feel personal to the people who live in them and continue to serve them as their needs change.
That approach shaped a recent Upper West Side townhouse renovation. The family trusted Vanja to rethink rooms that no longer suited this stage of their lives. She led the design development and interior design, working with the project management and carpentry teams to bring the owners’ needs and the design intent together. The project reflects a complete in-house collaboration, from design through construction.
Vanja’s five years of experience in construction management, client relations, and financial oversight inform how she approaches each project. Under Boris’s mentorship, she has developed a strong understanding of project delivery and business operations. That experience keeps her design work grounded in the realities of construction and helps her build close, attentive relationships with clients around their individual priorities.
Nishtha Vishnoi - Project Manager.
Works as a Project Manager at Boris Prime Renovation, bringing years of experience across projects ranging from ground-up construction to interior fit-outs of high-end custom homes in Canada and India. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Architecture and has a comprehensive understanding of the business and the craft of building.
Driven by a strong enthusiasm for on-site coordination and collaboration among designers, consultants, and subcontractors, she leads complex residential projects with clarity, structure, and precision. She often extends beyond the traditional scope of project management to bridge design vision with technical execution.
Hector Rodriguez – Foreman
Hector brings over 25 years of deep industry expertise to the Boris Prime Renovation team. He launched his career mastering structural framing before expanding his skillset into high-end sheetrock and plastering, later operating successfully as an independent contractor. Inspired by the company’s exceptional work culture, Hector joined the team as a Construction Foreman.
Today, he manages projects from demolition to final handover, overseeing every square foot of the build. Leveraging his exceptional communication skills, Hector acts as the vital liaison connecting BPR with subcontractors, architects, owners, and building management at all levels across our project locations to ensure every phase runs smoothly and on schedule.
Marek Potoniec – Lead Carpenter
As our Lead Carpenter, Marek brings 26 years of elite trade experience and has been a cornerstone of Boris Prime Renovation since day one. His professional partnership with Boris, the owner, dates back to 2008 at a previous company, establishing a foundation of deep trust and seamless collaboration that continues today.
A true master of both structural framing and high-end finish carpentry, Marek executes every project with millimeter precision. He is equally skilled at bringing sophisticated new builds to life as he is at navigating the delicate complexities of historical restorations.

David Dyniszkiewicz – Construction Foreman & Carpentry Specialist
David is a skilled construction professional specializing in custom carpentry and high-end residential renovations. With a background in aircraft maintenance and precision engineering, he brings an exceptional eye for detail, structural integration, and rigorous safety standards to every job site.
From initial design to final walkthrough, David collaborates closely with architects and engineers to deliver top-tier craftsmanship and manage projects seamlessly.
